AMSI Congratulates the Graduating Class of 2015

HH Sheikh Rashid bin Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum graces the occasion

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (May 14, 2015): Academia Management Solutions International (AMSI), a leading academic solutions provider, honoured students of the graduating Class of 2015’ at a prestigious ceremony organised at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The event was held under the patronage of HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE minister of Finance, and presided over by HH Sheikh Rashid bin Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum. 

During the occasion, 389 graduates were present from Al Mawakeb Schools in Al Garhoud & Al Barsha and the International School of Arts and Sciences (ISAS). This is the 35th graduation ceremony for Al Mawakeb Schools and the 6th one for ISAS. 

Addressing the graduates of Class of 2015, the CEO of AMSI, Adonis Nasr asked them to: “see everything with the love and respect and joy that you feel tonight and do not ever forget where you come from… for only within the strength and determination of your youth and the security of your family and history, can you lead us out of the spiraling disorder… and it is in your hands… tonight and onwards...” he also announced the opening of a new Al Mawakeb in September 2017.

At the ceremony, Mr Hamad Bin Sougat and Sharafuddin Al-Sayed M. H. Sharaf, members of the Board of Directors of AMSI, presented the AMSI Leadership Award to five students for their outstanding performance, exhibiting leadership skills and dedication to their school. The recipients of this award were Raheef Al Allaf (Al Mawakeb Al Barsha), Sultan Al Janahi (Al Mawakeb Al Barsha), Ahmed El Zeiny (Al Mawakeb Al Garhoud), Hala Abdul Ghani (Al Mawakeb Al Garhoud) and Alexandre Choueiry (ISAS). 

The Board of Directors also presented the ‘Outstanding Graduate’ honour to three senior students for academic excellence and exceptional service whilst demonstrating a positive presence and displaying the highest standards of character on campus. The recipients of this honour were Zeyad Hamza (Al Mawakeb Al Barsha), Saad Lutfi (Al Mawakeb Al Garhoud) and Bassel Hamcho (ISAS). 

Concluding his speech, Mr. Nasr reiterated that while AMSI has over 30 years of experience in the academic field, it is the students that are key to our success and we wish them all the best for the future.
