GEMS Education students achieve exceptional IB Diploma and IB Career-related Programme results

• 611 students completed the IB Diploma Programme across eight GEMS schools
• Diploma Programme average score of 35 points
• Diploma Programme pass rate of 99%
• Five students achieve a perfect score of 45 points
• Career-related Programme students record a pass rate of 100%

Dubai, UAE, 05 July 2026: Students across GEMS Education’s International Baccalaureate schools have achieved another year of outstanding results in the IB Diploma Programme (DP) and Career-related Programme (CP), reinforcing the strength of the group’s IB offering and its commitment to developing globally minded, future-ready learners.

A total of 611 students from eight GEMS Education schools completed the IB Diploma Programme this year, achieving an average score of 35 points and a pass rate of 99%, significantly outperforming last year’s global averages of 31 points and 81% respectively.

Among the cohort, five students achieved the maximum score of 45 points, placing them among the highest-performing IB students worldwide.

Career-related Programme results

Students enrolled in the IB Career-related Programme also delivered strong outcomes this year, with 78 students across three schools achieving a pass rate of 100%.

The programme continues to provide learners with a valuable blend of academic study and career-focused learning, equipping them with the skills, experience, and confidence required for higher education and future careers.

• GEMS Modern Academy – Average DP score: 35
• GEMS Dubai American Academy, GEMS American Academy - Abu Dhabi, GEMS World Academy – Dubai, Al Khaleej International School: All scored 34
