Les Roches International School of Hotel Management Introduces Its Hospitality Experience Program to GCC Hospitality Enthusiasts

Dubai, UAE March 2014—Les Roches International School of Hotel Management, one of the world’s top three hospitality schools, is launching its exciting one week Introductory Hospitality Experience Program this summer at the Switzerland Bluche campus. Les Roches is recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MOHESR) of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), which allows UAE nationals to apply for full scholarships if they are accepted into Les Roches for undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
The program is a week holiday course offering students the opportunity to receive a clear insight into the world of luxury hospitality and be exposed to the learning experience of undergraduate hospitality management students. The program provides students with an introduction to the world of hospitality with an emphasis on people and product. Students will gain knowledge and skills in a variety of areas including customer service, F&B, health and safety, rooms division, and front office procedures. They will also participate in introductory lectures and workshops by Les Roches’ distinguished faculty speakers offering a taste of Les Roches’ unique educational model.
Les Roches is based in the picturesque alpine village of Bluche, ten minutes from Crans-Montana, one of Switzerland’s most renowned ski and summer resorts. Crans-Montana is known as the panoramic terrace of the Alps, providing breathtaking views from the Simplon across to the Matterhorn.
In addition, those attending the program will meet and network with prospective students and hospitality professionals from all over the globe.
The summer program runs from 20th July and the winter program runs from 11th January and costs CHF 2,300 (approx. 1,895 Euros) per student including taxes.
