ADUKG Debuts Cutting-edge Leadership Development Programme in UAE to Support Region's Professionals

5 May 2015, Abu Dhabi, UAE: Abu Dhabi University Knowledge Group (ADUKG) has kicked off the UAE’s very first Lead Without a Title ‘Leaders Growing Leaders’ leadership development programme. Launched on Sunday 3^rd May at the Yas Island Rotana, Abu Dhabi, this highly-respected international programme has never been delivered within the UAE before.

Lead Without a Title ‘Leaders Growing Leaders’ was created by leadership guru Robin Sharma to support the development of exceptional leaders across every organisational level. With proven results in companies such as Microsoft, Starbucks and IBM, the first regionalgroup of participants will also now benefit from dramatic gains in innovation, collaboration and personal impact.

Company-sponsored participants will also take part in a two-day certification course that, through a highly-effective ‘teach back’ approach, will equip them to become fully-certified facilitators of the LWT programme. They will then be qualified to deliver the course to other employees within their own organisations, helping to inspire superstar-levels of performance.
