Al-Futtaim Motors earns milestone Customer Excellence Award from Toyota Motor Corporation

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, April 22, 2015: In what is considered a milestone achievement Al-Futtaim Motors, exclusive distributor of Toyota in the UAE, received the Toyota Motor Corporation “Customer Service Excellence Award 2014” in Gold for the fifth consecutive year.

As a token of reaching this landmark, Al-Futtaim Motors was also presented with the Outstanding Leadership Award, which honours and recognizes exceptional leadership skills in driving results, in addition to the “Gold Marketing Award for Excellence” and “Overall Diamond Marketing Award”.

The trophies were awarded to Mr. Omar Al Futtaim, Vice Chairman of Al-Futtaim Group by Mr. Hisayuki Inoue, Senior Managing Officer at Toyota Motor Corporation, in the presence of Mr. Len Hunt, Al-Futtaim Automotive President, Mr. Jon Williams, Managing Director of Al-Futtaim Motors and Mr. Takayuki Yoshitsugu, Chief Representative of Middle East & North Africa Representative Office, Toyota Motor Corporation, Mr. Yoshiyuki Goto, Project General Manager, Bahrain Representative Office, Toyota Motor Corporation, and Mr. Ryosuke Ako, Assistant General Manager of Middle East & North Africa Representative Office, Toyota Motor Corporation.
