Genesis Institute strives to raise awareness about importance of professionally trained staff
Dubai, UAE; 22 April 2014: Genesis Institute, a leading provider of financial training solutions in Dubai, UAE, is taking it in their stride to raise awareness about the importance of professionally training finance staff as the country prepares itself to host the acclaimed Expo 2020. The faculty claims that the focus on finance education will increase in the coming few years as the demand for international standards will force local companies to adhere to stringent rules and improved quality of services.
“We have already started to notice a buzz in the finance industry as everybody is now talking about Expo 2020 – what will it involve, how do we plan for it and how do we ensure the future success of a company beyond the event?” explained Binod Shankar, Managing Director and Trainer, Genesis Institute. “Without a doubt, the finance industry will play a major role in the UAE’s ongoing success, after Expo 2020, hence the reason why it is crucial for professionals to ensure they are up-to-date with their knowledge and also connected to a knowledge-hub, like Genesis Institute, who can support them through this lucrative period.”
There are thousands of finance professionals working in the UAE. “The question we should be asking ourselves is: Do companies understand the crucial importance of employee development and investment in training?” added Binod. “We are reaching out to corporates to explain the benefits of advanced training and certified programs however often feel that the employee himself will take it in his own pride to further their education and participate in part-time courses.”
Genesis Institute offers a wide range of courses in both Arabic and English for Finance and Non-Finance Professionals working at entry, mid-career, or senior level positions. Some of the courses are offered at night which makes it easy for working professionals to advance their education while online programs are also available.
“We understand that it’s hard to break away from work hence why we have created programs that’ll suit the working professional. This gives an employer all the more reason to provide this type of training and education opportunities to their staff as it doesn’t interfere with operations however provides motivation to its employees as they are improving their own capabilities.”
