Dubai, UAE – 1 April, 2014 – Dabur International, one of the most trusted and recognized personal and healthcare companies in the world, has reported that its Vatika Hammam Zaith cream has gained tremendous popularity in the Middle East and has become an integral part of women’s hair care regimen in the region. Launched in 2007, it has emerged as the largest revenue generator in the GCC market.
Vatika Hammam Zaith is available in many variants; namely Deep Condition, Intensive Nourishment, Hair Fall Control, Dandruff Guard, Garlic, and Volume and Thickness. Enriched with popular natural ingredients, there is a variant for every hair type, which addresses specific hair problems such as dry, dull and lifeless hair, damaged hair, hair fall, dandruff, weak hair with slow growth, and thin and limp hair. They are made from time-tested ingredients such as garlic, cactus, olive, egg, lemon, tea tree oil and coconut, resulting in problem free, beautiful hair.
Aside from the six popular variants, Vatika is the only brand to introduce a unique variant – Hammam Zaith Black Seed, enriched with the magical properties of Habba Sauda (Black Seed). It is an ancient and powerful herb known to cure almost anything. Black Seed is also called the ‘Seed of Blessing’ in the region because of its legendary healing properties. Vatika’s R&D Team has scientifically formulated Hammam Zaith Black Seed to deliver complete hair protection. Black Seed contains essential nutrients such as amino acids and omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids that help promotes proper cell functioning to give healthy hair. Black Seed is also rich in minerals and vitamins, giving strong and shiny hair.
Manish Singh, Senior Marketing Manager, Dabur International said: “Arab women find it extremely difficult to manage healthy, thick and radiant hair because of extremely hot and dry climate for most parts of the year. Frequent use of modern hair treatments such as hair coloring and heat styling add to the problem, leading to dandruff, dry and itchy scalp, hair fall, and thin hair. Vatika Hammam Zaith is a hair treatment, which promotes long and thick hair that are strong from roots and shines with good health. It is enriched with time-tested, commonly used Arabic natural ingredients which offer intensive hair care in minutes.”
“Our Black Seed Hamamnzaith is a result of strenuous research in our laboratories to develop a formula that can provide complete hair protection. The cream is applied after shampoo on wet hair and left for 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing off. The outcome is revitalized, voluminous and salon-like hair within the convenience of home. We are confident that this variant will gain popularity among Arab women because of its extraordinary result on hair,” concluded Manish Singh.
Dabur International is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dabur India that has an overall turnover of over USD 1 billion and a market capitalization of USD 4 billion. Dabur’s International Business Division headquartered in Dubai is the cornerstone of its growth strategy, reaching a milestone of AED 1 billion within only eight years of its existence.
