TWO UNIQUE EXTRACTS FOR OPTIMAL SKIN HYDRATION

In 2010, L’OCCITANE discovered and patented the combination of two extracts derived from the roots of organic angelica from the Drome region. Organic angelica water boosts the circulation of water in skin cells by stimulating the production of aquaporins. Organic angelica essential oil helps protect skin against free radicals and improves the elasticity of skin fibers.

ANGELICA SEEDS FOR LONG-LASTING EFFECTIVENESS

In 2014, the L’OCCIATNE Botanical Expertise Laboratory revealed and patented the exceptional moisturizing power of angelica seeds. The extract derived from these seeds stimulates the production of versican – a molecule that promotes the delivery of moisture, and its retention in the skin when hydration level falls. Versican has a regulating function, and this ensure a long-lasting, balanced level of hydration.
