Dubai, United Arab Emirates - September 09, 2019: For Fall/Winter 2019, DKNY continues to lead the way in athleisure dressing, with sporty silhouettes and monochrome streetwear separates forming a contemporary cool wardrobe, while injections of bright and metallic colors keep the look young and fresh.
Girls experiment with colors and fabrics, taking inspiration from the women’s collection in fire red and dusky pink faux-fur, and metallic knitwear and jersey. For the sporty style tribe, a sweatshirt dress in monochrome color block is effortlessly cool worn over technical nylon leggings, topped with a knitted branded beanie.
A black faux-fur dress makes a bold fashion statement, while a knitted jacquard dress in a modern motocross check is a new season staple. For the fashion fearless, puffer jackets in iridescent violet or retro gold are wardrobe must-haves. Wear with slim-fit sweatpants for a dose of nineties New York attitude. Vintage sportswear is brought up-to-date for boys with bold logos and retro color blocking. Bright red and acid yellow pop against charcoal denim and heather grey, while boys coordinate with girls in dusky pink tees and sweatshirts.
A vintage-look windbreaker in red and yellow color block is functional and fashion-forward, worn with t-shirts and hoodies, jeans and sweatpants. A red sweatshirt with an oversized logo boldly declares the slogan of the season, “#NYMADEME”. Team with slim fit sweatpants with piping and ribbed ankles to master the sports luxe look.
Not to be outdone by the girls, boys bear the motocross check all over a sweatshirt, layered over a denim shirt with a mini-check print for a contemporary print clash. Complete the look with a water-repellent gilet in pops of red or yellow, with jacquard branding across the front.
