Well-seasoned Tarek Mouriess joins Danat Al Ain Resort
Al Ain, UAE, March 26, 2018: Egyptian culinary arts professional, Tarek Mouriess has joined five star luxury resort, Danat Al Ain ,as Executive Chef. The Egyptian Chef brings more than 25 years of culinary experience to his new role, which involves working under several big hospitality brands, namely Hilton and Rotana Groups.
Tarek is now responsible for leading the kitchen teams across all Danat Al Ain’s retaurants. Danat Al Ain Resort encompasses a brilliant range of restaurants and cuisines namely Arabesque (International), Tanjore (Indian), Luce (Italian) etc.
Born in Dokki in Egypt, Tarek found a passion for cooking through his grandmother who introduced him to the importance of garden-fresh, homely ingredients. He followed this passion having enrolled into Helwan University in Cairo, specializing in Hospitality and Catering.
Tarek who has been a world traveller owing to his career looks to infuse these global experiences into the kitchens at Danat Al Ain Resort.

Besides cooking, Tarek is passionate about training younger chefs to bring out their full potential.
