Over 100,000 People Attend Unforgettable New Year's at Dubai Festival City

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 4 January 2018:  Dubai Festival City, Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate’s fully integrated mega project welcomed over 100,000 people to ring in the New Year.

The destination hosted a variety of exciting events - from spectacular fireworks displays to sumptuous treats and fun-filled community events, there was something for everyone to enjoy and celebrate the special occasion.

Festival Bay’s, IMAGINE, lit up the sky with its spectacular record breaking show whilst visitors enjoyed a sparkling display of fireworks throughout the night starting from 9pm until the grand finale at midnight. 

Continuing the New Year’s Eve celebrations, Festival Arena by InterContinental Dubai Festival City hosted Arabic A-listers, Mohammed Hamaki, Nancy Ajram and Nassif Zeytoun. The event was completely sold out after being one of the most anticipated events of the season.

Additionally, InterContinental Dubai Festival City and Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City celebrated in style whilst guests enjoyed an eclectic selection of delicacies to the mark the special occasion.
