Al Tayer Motors Marks 7th Association with Gamilati Endurance Cup for Mares

Dubai, UAE, 4 January 2018.   Al Tayer Motors, the UAE’s official Land Rover importer-dealer, began its association with the Gamilati Endurance Cup for Mares in 2012 and the December 2017 staging marks the company’s seventh sponsorship of the event.

The Gamilati Endurance Cup for Mares, being held as part of the HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Endurance Festival, seeks to recognise and honour the best rider and mare combination in endurance racing. The sport requires the rider and horse to work in perfect harmony as a combination. They must manage pace to complete long distances in the shortest riding time while passing stringent veterinary examinations to ensure that the horse is in a good physical condition.

For the race held on 30 December, Al Tayer Motors and Land Rover provided Range Rover 5.0 SC Vogue SE, Range Rover Sport 5.0 SC Dynamic, Range Rover 3.0 SC HSE, Range Rover Sport 3.0 SC SE, Land Rover Discovery 3.0 V6 SC HSE and Range Rover Evoque 2.0 HSE Dynamic Convertible to the first six winners.
