Dubai Property Show concludes in Mumbai with an overwhelming response from Indian investors

Attracts 4094 visitors over a period of 3 days with serious investors keen on investing in the emirate
Mumbai, India, December 14, 2016: The second edition of the premium real-estate exhibition, Dubai Property Show, concluded successfully at Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai with a phenomenal response from serious property buyers and investors from India. Reputed property developers and real estate companies from Dubai showcased a wide range of properties from lavish apartments to sprawling villas and from sophisticated townhouses to state-of-the-art commercial spaces for the second consecutive year. The Dubai Property Show was organized at MMRDA Grounds from 9th December to 11th December 2016 by Sumansa Exhibitions in association with Government of Dubai’s Land Department. The exhibition was inaugurated by H.E. Dr. Ahmed Al Banna, UAE Ambassador to India along with Indian actor, Director and Film Producer Arbaaz Khan.
On the last day of the show the Dubai Land Department appreciated the participation of Dubai’s real-estate developers and felicitated them individually. H.E. Majida Ali Rashid, Assistant Director General, Head of Real Estate Investment Management and Promotion Center, the investment arm of Dubai Land Department, Government of Dubai said, “We are glad to be able to bring Dubai’s real estate at the doorstep of Indian investors. It is encouraging to see the kind of response that the exhibition has got in the last 3 days. Indians have been the top investors in the real estate sector of Dubai for years and we are very positive about taking our ties with India to the next level. With this success for the second consecutive year, we are motivated to bring the 3rd edition of the Dubai Property Show to India in the next year as well”.
The Dubai Property Show recorded 4094 visitors at the exhibition from 9th December to 11th December 2016 across all developers showcasing the properties up for sale. “The response that we received for the Dubai Property Show this year is encouraging and the exhibition ended with a grand success. We aimed at bringing the best of the real estate developers and consultants from Dubai under one roof and connect them with the right investors at the right time. Most of the visitors were upbeat about the show and there is a positive feedback from the developers as well”, said Mr. Asanga Sliva, Deputy General Manager of Sumansa Exhibitions, the organizers of the show.
There were educative seminars organised at the exhibition on topics such as the benefits of property investment in Dubai for Indian buyers, Dubai Regulatory & Compliance Legal framework in the UAE, Advantages of investing in Dubai, How to maximize capital gains on Dubai Property investment with minimal risk, among others.

The show was open to Indian investors for free and brought the developers from Dubai on the same page with serious buyers. Dubai Land Department was the official sponsor of the show, while Dubai Properties, Al Marjan Island and Binghatti Developers were the Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors, respectively. The exhibition also witnessed participation from prominent names such as Emaar Properties, Nakheel Properties, Damac Properties LLC, Deyaar Developers, Azizi Developers, Tamleek Real Estate (Kempinski Residence), SPF Realty, and Tebyan among others.
