Al-Futtaim Motors delivers “Turn and Win” contest grand prizes

Two Bold New 2016 Toyota Camry in the hands of two lucky winners

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, December 8, 2015: Al-Futtaim Motors, exclusive distributor of Toyota in the UAE, today handed over two Bold New 2016 Toyota Camry cars, the grand prizes in the highly popular “Turn and Win” competition.

Mohamed Maher Hafez Elabd from Egypt, and Ziarat Gul Ajab Gul from Pakistan, were the two lucky winners to walk away with a Bold New 2016 Camry each. Elabd, , won the first car within just ten days of the start of the competition at the Sharjah 1 showroom, while Ziarat, was the lucky winner of the second surprise Camry at the Ajman showroom.

“The Turn and Win competition was very well received across the UAE, giving residents from across the nation the chance to win a brand new 2016 Toyota Camry without the need to make any purchase. It was really all about celebrating the arrival of the new Camry and our own way to invite people to the Toyota family in the UAE,” said Saud Abbasi, Managing Director, Al-Futtaim Motors.

Mohamed Elabd, the first winner of the competition, said: “I really didn’t expect to win, but I had received a key through the mail and thought I would try my luck. After watching so many people ahead of me in the queue walk away without the car, I was ecstatic when my key turned and the showroom manager told me I had won a brand new 2016 Camry!”

Al-Futtaim Motors made another Toyota Camry available to a second lucky winner, Ziarat Gul Ajab Gul, who expressed his joy at winning the second prize: “As soon as the second car was announced, I decided to take my chance and see if I had the lucky key. Al-Futtaim Motors really pulled off a great campaign that gave people to drive one of the most reliable cars on the road today, and I couldn’t be happier to have been the one to win it.”
