Liberty Automobiles wins coveted General Motors Grandmasters Award for 9th time

With 5 other awards in 2014, Liberty has become the region’s most awarded GM dealer
Dubai, May 3, 2015: Liberty Automobiles, one of the largest GM dealers in the Middle East, has won the coveted General Motors Grandmasters Award for the ninth time. The GM Grandmasters Award is instituted to recognise exceptional sales and customer satisfaction levels of dealers.
The latest award crowns a year (2014) in which Liberty Automobiles won a string of 5 other awards -- Highest Customer Satisfaction Scores in the Middle East; Best of Best Retail Standards Award in the Middle East; GM Middle East Technician Skills Competition award; Best Service Advisors in the Middle East and Best Cadillac Service Center in the Middle East.

The General Motors Grandmasters award, which is presented to outstanding dealers of Chevrolet, GMC and Cadillac vehicles, recognizes the best-of-the-best dealers across the globe. The aim of the Grandmasters Award is to raise levels of customer care in terms of sales and aftersales service to ensure that GM’s dealers provide the best ownership experience for customers in the region.
