Ski Dubai gets pulses racing this February with the launch of 全nowrobics' Sub-Zero Circuit Classes

Sub-Zero Training Classes Ideal for those Looking to Switch-Up their Fitness Routines and Embrace the Elements
Dubai, UAE, February 3rd, 2015 – Majid Al Futtaim, the leading shopping mall, retail and leisure pioneer across the Middle East and North Africa, today announced the return of Ski Dubai’s much-loved ‘Snowrobics’ training classes.
Starting with a free class for all on Sunday the 8th February, Ski Dubai, the first indoor ski resort in the region, will bring the fun back into fitness with its unique ‘Snowrobics – Sub-zero Circuits’. In an attempt to break up the routine of the daily treadmill slog and stuffy gyms, Sub-zero Circuits creates an environment where each session leaves you feeling challenged and ready to conquer the day ahead of you.
Sessions are held on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursday at 7:00am, and involve an intense 45-minute circuit workout that sees participants complete a variety of intense circuits using their own body weight, kettle bells and sand bags, all in the winter wonderland surroundings of Ski Dubai’s icy-white snow and spectacular backdrop. Snowrobics – Sub-zero Circuits is run is partnership with MMA Fitness Center and their professional certified trainers, the Dubai-based fitness company respected for its expertise in mixed martial arts.
For busy professionals worried about making it to work on time, Ski Dubai has complimentary on-site shower and changing facilities so attendees can freshen up before the working day commences. All equipment is provided, and guests only need to bring their standard gym wear to attend.

Renuel Sanchez, General Manager at MMA Fitness believes that Snowrobics – Sub-zero Circuits will see Dubai’s fitness enthusiasts and beginners come together, discussing in more detail, he said: “Many of the problems we face with maintaining our exercise regimes is when the element of routine sets in, we can find it hard to motivate ourselves. We all lead busy lives and finding time to look after ourselves can be one of the first things to fall by the wayside. All classes are AED 70 per class or for a monthly fee of AED 750, those interested can attend all twelve classes per month.
