UAE, November 25, 2014 - RAK Properties PJSC, one of the biggest property developers listed on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange, held a groundbreaking ceremony for its Bermuda Villas project, a new housing project that is part of the company’s flagship master development undertaking, Mina Al Arab in Ras Al Khaimah. Present during the groundbreaking event were RAK Properties senior officials headed by Mohammed Sultan Al Qadi, Managing Director and CEO; and Paul Ashton, Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Also in attendance were Abdullah Hasan Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Al Tameer Group and senior officials from both companies.
Mohammad Sultan Al Qadi, Managing Director and CEO, RAK Properties, said, “We are delighted to have awarded the construction of Bermuda Villas to Al Tameer Group. Upon completion, we are confident that our new project will enhance Mina Al arab’s position as the permier waterfront community in Ras Al Khaimah”
To celebrate the commencement of the Bermuda Villas, RAK Properties recently hosted a special beach party at the project site. The party was attended by over 500 guests, comprising existing customers, potential clients and members of the local community along with their families in addition to officials from RAK Properties. The party was immensely enjoyed by both adults and children as it offered a range of entertaining and engaging activities, including children’s games, beach games and a live barbecue spread.
The luxury housing project is part of the company’s flagship master development undertaking, Mina Al Arab. Overlooking the Arabian Gulf, the Bermuda Villas will offer spectacular views of the RAK coastline. It will also consist of state-of-the-art facilities including a private beach, separate swimming pools for adults and children, a children’s play area, and a multipurpose court.
