Run by two mums who understand the difficulties of trying to run a home and stay in shape, they have come up with a number of exciting Mum and Baby Workout Classes where your baby not only accompanies you to the class to play with the toys provide, but also gets to watch their Mum have a positive influence on herself. All classes last one hour and cost AED 60, with packages of 10 classes available.  A range of non-baby fitness options are also available, along with one-on-one personal training options.
