Taj Palace Hotel, Dubai, hosted its much-awaited annual associate party under the remarkably appropriate theme of “United Nation” held at the magnificent Al Khaimah Ballroom on Tuesday night August 12, 2014. The event was filled with fun, excitement and individuality which gave everyone the opportunity to celebrate and enjoy while recognizing each of the colleague’s countries and nationalities by uniting as one on that momentous annual gathering.

Gracing the event Mr. Ahmed Badawy, A. General Manager at Taj Palace Hotel, Dubai praised the great efforts exerted by the staff members, reviewing the results and achievements of the hotel. “I whole-heartedly extend my sincere appreciation and gratitude for all the hard work and dedication put forth by the staff over the past year and until the first and second quarter of 2014, when good results have been achieved. This would not have been possible without the passion, hard work and commitment of our team members and I take this wonderful opportunity to congratulate them all. Occasions such as these offer the best chance to interact and strengthen the team spirit of the organisation and also a great opportunity for associates to showcase their talents and creative skills, he continued.

While, thanking the associates for their excellent contributions, Mr. Badawy added “At the Taj Palace Hotel, Dubai we believe that our associates make the difference and we also know that the level of happiness of our employees has a profound impact on the quality of service as well as their creativity, enthusiasm and commitment that enables them to aim higher and work better together through constant commitment while striving for excellence.

The commemorative evening witnessed the distribution of awards and certificates of excellence to several outstanding employees as a gesture of the hotel’s appreciation for their hard work and dedication throughout the year. The celebration also included a number of wonderful parts including exciting games and dancing shows, in addition to distributing the prizes for the long service award champion and the distinguished individuals of the different departments and the hotel staff.

The most awaited part was the announcement of male and female best traditional costume of the night, best group & individual performances so as the colleague of the month and the most deserving colleague of the year.  All the winners were later awarded with trophies and gift vouchers; all of whom received outstanding applause for their hard work, service and commitment from the Management and other staff members.
