Green Valley Real Estate takes centre stage with iconic portfolio at Cityscape Abu Dhabi

At the exhibition, Green Valley will have a special emphasis on the first-of-its-kind lifestyle-oriented project in Fujairah [UAE], which encompasses a total of 48 villas offering amazing views of the sea and mountains in the Emirate. Green Valley has already started selling units, which is expected to be ready in three years.

The company announced a net profit of AED20 million in the first quarter of 2014, a 15 per cent increase over the AED17 million achieved in the first quarter last year.

Green Valley also has a number of projects under way across Lebanon, Turkey, UAE, and Egypt. Earlier this year, the company had announced a major foray into Turkey.
