Green Valley Real Estate takes centre stage with iconic portfolio at Cityscape Abu Dhabi

In a step that reflects its growing reputation and footprint in the regional real estate sector, Green Valley International Real Estate – one of the leading real estate companies in the region, today announced that it is showcasing its iconic project portfolio across the region at the Cityscape Abu Dhabi.
During the exhibition, which will be held between April 22 and 24 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre [ADNEC], the company will display its new developments, including the AED1.5 billion project in Dubai Sports City, the AED1 billion projects in Turkey, and others under way in the UAE, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt and Turkey.
At the exhibition, Green Valley will have a special emphasis on the first-of-its-kind lifestyle-oriented project in Fujairah [UAE], which encompasses a total of 48 villas offering amazing views of the sea and mountains in the Emirate. Green Valley has already started selling units, which is expected to be ready in three years.

The company announced a net profit of AED20 million in the first quarter of 2014, a 15 per cent increase over the AED17 million achieved in the first quarter last year.
Green Valley also has a number of projects under way across Lebanon, Turkey, UAE, and Egypt. Earlier this year, the company had announced a major foray into Turkey. Well-renowned for its prompt adherence to delivery schedules and project quality, Green Valley has announced that in 2014, it will deliver five key projects in Lebanon; following the handover of three projects in the country in 2013.
