Bloom Properties Commences Construction of Signature Abu Dhabi Marina Project

Abu Dhabi-UAE: 21 April, 2014: Bloom Properties, the Abu Dhabi-based property and lifestyle development arm of National Holding LLC, today announced the start of construction of its premium waterfront development in Al Bateen.
‘Abu Dhabi Marina’ by Bloom Properties will host luxurious residences, executive serviced apartments, hotel, cafes and restaurants and offer a cleverly interwoven design offering spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf, Marina, and the city. The project features 225 residential apartments, ranging from one to four bedroom units, a five star hotel comprising 200 hotel rooms and 57 executive serviced apartments, as well as 3,000 sq m of premium waterfront retail and a convenient number of parking spaces.
The project will span an area of 41,797 sq m and constitute a total built-up area of 149,719 sq m. It will also provide a total of 849 parking spaces for the convenience of residents and visitors. Bloom Properties has contracted Al Shafar General Contracting (ASGC) for Abu Dhabi Marina’s enabling work.
