Dubai, UAE; 5 March 2014 – Pacific Ventures, developers of the Burj Pacific, has announced the sale of phase II of its hot-selling property located in Downtown Dubai, with 10 units of its Signature Apartments and few regular apartments ready to be sold in March 2014.
The 20-storey upscale project called the Burj Pacific sold out its lower floors soon after the development was announced last year.
This time, the projects up market higher floors will be open for sale to the public this month, and is expected to generate as much interest considering its strategic location and the high calibre, international design team behind the concept and construction of the property, led by renowned architects.
“We are expecting a faster turnaround of Phase II of the project, with the upper floors considered a much more valuable investment. Property investors are keen to invest in these exclusive style of apartments to leverage on Dubai’s tourism increase and build-up to Dubai Expo 2020,” said Parvez Khan, Chairman, Pacific Ventures, owners of the project.
Pacific Ventures is targeting traditional high net-worth individuals as end-users and investors keen on both the short-term and long-term prospects. “There will be a massive influx of international contractors who will be based in Dubai as the buildup begins in 2016,” added Khan.
He also added that Indian investors continue to see Dubai as either a second home or a holiday home. Burj Pacific is endorsed by international celebrity and humanitarian Sohail Khan as well as lifestyle icon Uma Ghosh Deshpande – one of the reasons for its popularity among Sub-continent investors.
“We are also targeting new feeder markets such as China and Russia, who are heavily investing in the property market throughout the Gulf.”
