Under the agreement, Transguard Group will continue to provide Malabar Gold & Diamonds Cash Secured Logistics and Smart Cash Solutions alongside Secure Valuables Logistics across the UAE. These services support secure asset handling, operational efficiency and business continuity across Malabar Gold & Diamonds’ growing network. The partnership is designed to strengthen security, compliance, efficiency and customer experience whilst creating a scalable operational foundation for future expansion.

Additional services are being finalised for phased implementation, including e-commerce delivery, cash teller and facilities management services. The two organisations are also exploring further integrated business solutions aligned with the evolving operational requirements of Malabar Gold & Diamonds.
