Jeddah – February 26, 2014: Red Sea Housing Services Company, which provides comprehensive housing solutions for companies specialized in the field of exploring Oil & Gas and Mining, has recently signed a SAR 75 million contract with the Government of Papua New Guinea (PNG) for the construction and development of housing units for the local police in Bomana area, Port Moresby.

Red Sea Housing will construct 150 three-bedroom housing units on an estimated 70,000 square meters land. The leading project comprises 100 unites of 80 square meters size and the remaining 50 units are of 72 square meters size. The project is expected to be completed in 10 months from the date of signing the contract.

Kenneth Clinton, General Manager of Red Sea Housing Services – Papua New Guinea, said:  “The agreement provides a turnkey solution for the immediate needs of the Royal PNG Constabulary in the National Capital District. By building these new housing units, the Government intends to boost the morale of the members of the police force and further their exceptional level of professionalism in serving the people of Papua New Guinea.”
