Middlesex University Dubai Awards New Outstanding January Students High Value Scholarships

Middlesex University Dubai, London's 1stand only university in the UAE has recently announced a new scholarship scheme rewarding students who completed their AS and A Levels examinations from Cambridge and Edexcel, as well as American High School, CBSE and WAEC (West African Examinations Council) graduates in the UAE and across the globe. This scheme will award scholarships of up to AED60,000 per student for the highest achievers, and scholarships of AED45,000 and AED25,000 to others based on a points system. The scheme is applicable for eligible undergraduate applicants who enroll by January 16. Additionally, Middlesex will be offering generous grants of AED10,000 to postgraduate applicants who enroll by the same date as above.
“These scholarship schemes are vital in attracting high caliber students” commented Wassim Hamadah, Marketing Manager at Middlesex University Dubai. “Many students work incredibly hard during their secondary schooling, along with the support from their parents that make an extra effort to help in studying or providing private tutors – and they deserve to be rewarded”.
Middlesex University Dubai offers over 30 undergraduate and postgraduate programmes across a wide range of subject areas. The January 2014 intake will offer a variety of these, including; undergraduate programmes in Business, an International Foundation Programme, Masters in Business Administration, Masters in Marketing Communications and a Masters in Human Resource Management. Additionally, Middlesex has introduced two new programmes in January 2014 including a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Early Childhood Studies (3 Year Honours Degree), and a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education (1 year programme).
