Arcturus Advisors introduces ‘Ask a Legal Question' to provide expert advice to the
UAE community 6th November 2013 (Dubai): Legal advisory service, Arcturus Advisors, has launched the UAE's first free online legal helpline to support the UAE community with answers to those difficult legal questions. With more than 15 years experience in the UAE, Arcturus Advisors is perfectly positioned to provide expert guidance on the legal framework of the country, particularly in terms of corporate and commercial law. The service is open to anyone with a valid legal question, whether individuals, SME's or multi-national corporations, and all questions are answered within 48 hours. Questions are limited to one per person per month, with popular questions asked so far on the subjects of labour contracts and contractual disputes (with employers and shareholders). Arcturus Advisors' primary focus is on employment law, joint venture set up, partnerships and shareholder agreements, company structuring, contracts, and commercial transactions and settlements.
