November 2013: ECCO, the maker of the world's most comfortable, stylish and technically advanced footwear is extending its presence in the UAE with the launch of their 13th store in the country at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The 1174 sq foot store is located on level 01 of the World Trade Centre, and will offer consumers a selection of innovative, high-quality shoes, bags, wallets and accessories.
ECCO's new World Trade Centre outlet will stock a wide variety of styles and collections to meet customers' varied needs. Consumers will have the choice to shop from ECCO's casual, formal, kids', golf, men, women's and sports collections. The public will also get to choose from ECCO'S fashion forward Autumn/Winter 2013 collection, with the BIOM ULTRA and the SCULPTURED 75 range serving as the main highlights of the season.
Commenting on the announcement, Aija Karklina, Marketing Manager for ECCO Middle East, said, “We are delighted to announce the opening of our newest store at the Dubai World Trade Centre. With this expansion of our UAE retail footprint, we look forward to addressing the distinct consumer taste and preferences of shoppers regular to this location, mainly professionals visiting and working in the vicinity, while delivering our usual superb in-store service to customers.”
Unlike any other brand, ECCO prides itself on uncompromising quality and innovative technology. As the only major shoe company in the world to own and manage every step of the production process, ECCO is able to ensure that superb quality is delivered consistently to the consumer. The brand has built its success on the design philosophy “the shoe must follow the foot,” implying that a shoe needs to be shaped to compliment the foot, rather than the foot shaping itself to the shoe.
ECCO's number one mission is to provide comfortable footwear to each and every resident in the UAE.
The store's opening hours are between 10AM to 10 PM from Monday to Thursday, and 10 AM to 11 PM on the weekends.
