July 14, 2013:- Dabur International, one of the most trusted and recognized personal and healthcare companies in the world, has revealed that its CEO Mohit Malhotra has ranked 18 in Forbes Middle East's ‘Top 20 Indian CEOs in the UAE' list announced recently in Dubai. Malhotra, who was ranked in the ‘Drivers of Destiny' category, was recognised for his astute leadership skills that have made Dabur International one of the region's leading FMCG conglomerates and a global leader in Ayurvedic personal and healthcare products.
Commenting on the recognition, Mohit Malhotra said, “I am honoured to be ranked among the UAE's top Indian CEOs, especially since it is a recognition by Forbes Middle East. I believe that my success at the helm of Dabur International would not have been possible without the dedication and commitment to excellence of every member of the company. So this recognition is as much about the efforts of the entire Dabur team as it is about my contributions to the company's sustained growth in key regional markets.”
Malhotra, who joined Dabur International's Marketing and Sales department in 1994, was promoted as Chief Executive Officer in 2008. He is a management graduate with qualifications from both India and the UK.
Dabur International is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dabur India that has an overall turnover of over USD 1 billion and a market capitalization of USD 4 billion. Dabur's International Business Division headquartered in Dubai is the cornerstone of its growth strategy, reaching a milestone of AED 1 billion within only eight years of its existence.
