Al Ain Police Calls for Improved Services to the Public

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates - Friday, July 5th 2013 [ME NewsWire]: The Al Ain Police Directorate called on its officers, non-commissioned officers, civilians and staff at Al Jimi and Al Hayer Police Stations to seek  quality and improve  the services provided  to the public.

For this end, Colonel Mohammad Suhail Al Rashidi, Deputy Director of the Al Ain Police Directorate, visited the Al Jimi Police Station to inspect the workflow.  He emphasized the importance of direct and continuous field follow-up to boost police performance. He also underscored the need to get closely identify the functional  performance components, and to motivate staff to pursue further development in the work field, in accordance with the strategic plan of the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ.

Deputy Director of the Al Ain Police Directoratemet with Colonel Salem Khalfan Al Shamesi, Director of Al Jimi Police Station, and with Major Mubarak Bilal Al Darmaki, Director of Al Hayer Police Station, along with a number of heads of sections, branch managers, officers and civilians working in both stations. Al Rashidi reviewed with them the plans, operational mechanisms, initiatives and strategic priorities implemented in both stations to boost the security and stability process in the area of jurisdiction.

Following the meeting; members of the Inspection Committee inspected the administrative affairs, criminal and traffic investigation, search and investigation offices, as well as a number of branches and units affiliated to Al Jimi Police Station. They also inspected the reception office, which was established to receive customers; the employees' accommodation building; stores and the holding cells.

Concluding, Colonel Al Rashidi, head of the committee, gave his comments and remarks to ensure a smooth workflow in the Station.
