Mohammed Bin Rashid Library Discusses Professional Safety Strategies and Transforming Challenges into Opportunities

The Mohammed Bin Rashid Library hosted Dr. Ghada Dreidi, a specialist in self-development and career guidance, in an inspiring session entitled “Your Path to Professional Safety and Opportunities in Challenging Times”.

During the session, Dreidi discussed occupational safety, its importance, patterns, and various strategies, in light of the dynamic work environment affected by rapid changes. The session also addressed transforming challenges into opportunities, developing new skills, effectively employing previous experiences, and building a network of relationships, by presenting a set of practical tools that contribute to achieving future ambitions confidently and sustainably.

Additionally, the session focused on the importance of adopting an entrepreneurial mindset, by considering uncertainty as a catalyst for growth rather than an obstacle, and emphasising the role of flexibility and adapting to changes as two essential pillars for achieving professional sustainability and personal success.

Dreidi also presented inspiring models that succeeded in transforming challenges into globally influential success stories. The session ended with an interactive exercise to help attendees achieve personal and professional growth.
