Dubai, February 23rd, 2023: The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has called on the public to utilize its digital platforms to access key services, including obtaining birth and death certificates and true copies of both. This move is part of MoHAP's initiative to streamline customer procedures, provide efficient services, and maintain accurate records of births and deaths across the nation.
The Ministry also offers the "Mabrouk Ma Yak" bundle exclusively to newborn Emiratis, which involves acquiring a birth certificate and forwarding it to the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security to obtain an ID card and passport for infants, as well as adding them to the family book and population registry, all through a single electronic application. This all-in-one service reduces the need for customers to make multiple visits to customer service centers to complete paperwork.
