Statement by Ahmad bin Meshar Al Muhairi SLC Secretary General On the Anniversary of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum's Accession as Crown Prince of Dubai

Dubai, 31 January 2023:  “On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s accession as the Crown Prince of Dubai, we, at the Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai (SLC), take this opportunity to celebrate His Highness’s exceptional leadership. Sheikh Hamdan's achievements serve as an illustrious example of his insightful and forward-looking vision, demonstrated by the numerous advancements that the Emirate of Dubai has witnessed over the years. Thanks to H.H. Sheikh Hamdan’s policies and initiatives, Dubai has become one of the world's most prosperous and developed cities, following the roadmap to success he has charted. As we celebrate this special day, we take pride in the great achievements of the Government of Dubai, under the guidance of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan,  Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai. We acknowledge His Highness’s unwavering dedication to improving the Dubai Government performance, his significant contributions to the economy and development, and his efforts to foster a work environment conducive to innovation and creativity.

It is worth noting that H.H. Sheikh Hamdan’s management style is a reflection of his exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills, honed from his father, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai.

On this cherished occasion, the SLC extends its heartfelt congratulations to His Highness, the Crown Prince of Dubai, and affirms its commitment to pursuing excellence in developing legislation that supports the progress and prosperity of the UAE, and empowers Dubai to reach new heights of excellence.
