DCL Issues 1039 Conformity Certificates in 2022

Dubai, July 26, 2022: The Dubai Central Laboratory (DCL) at Dubai Municipality issued and renewed 1039 conformity certificates in the first half of 2022 as per the bylaws of flexible certifications to meet customer needs.
It further conducted initial local and international assessments and follow-ups to ensure conformity of products with the Municipality’s standards, in addition to the conformity of clients, factories, and product providers, in accordance with the certification requirements.
International position:
DCL certification services are used in more than 34 countries, which includes various products such as construction materials, and consumer items, among others, which reflects Dubai’s international position in the field. The laboratory further develops and innovates the issuance of various certificates, while promoting the principles of comprehensiveness and excellence in providing services. Moreover, issuing conformity certificates is key to the quality assurance of products and their conformity to technical conditions and safety standards.
