Bringing Women from all across the Emirate Together!

On June 30, the Sharjah-based NAMA Women Advancement brought together female managers of Sharjah to network and contribute to each other's progress in line with its mission to promote women's empowerment, and to inspire women across the emirates to unify and stand as one. These ladies serve as role models for women who want to lead organizations toward success and leadership, as well as toward constructive change.

The gathering took place in the form of a round table where female leaders talked about existing issues in the workplace and new issues women may face. It was a fantastic chance for them to learn from one another's experiences as trailblazers and to broaden the scope of their constructive cooperation with other women in leadership roles in Sharjah institutions.

The networking also allowed the skills and talents of female managers to be motivated to excel in whatever role they may pursue. The elimination of oppression depends on harmony.
