Al Masaood Automobiles' Al Mussafah service centre receives Nissan Express Service certification

Newly offered express service presents enhanced customer experience and convenience

Abu Dhabi, July 18, 2021 – In recognition of Al Masaood Automobiles’ commitment to offering high-quality service and superior customer experience, the Nissan service centre in Al Mussafah has been awarded the Nissan Express Service certification by Nissan Middle East.

The Nissan Express Service certification reflects anew Al Masaood Automobiles’ customer-centric approach to service through its consistent delivery of fast, accessible and quality automotive solutions to its customers. The convenience and satisfaction of car owners are a priority every time they visit the centre, as well as the delivery of rapid service without compromising the reliability and safety of their vehicles.

The certificate was awarded after Al Masaood Automobiles’ Mussafah service centre met the stringent criteria stipulated by the Nissan brand. The company’s service centres in Abu Dhabi’s Airport Road and Al Ain are currently applying the same procedures and standards to gain this certification too.

Al Masaood Automobiles’ service centre also extends Nissan’s ‘While U Wait’ service experience, a time-committed service delivered while ensuring the comfort of car owners in the dedicated waiting area. Assured quality and fast service offering provided within 60 minutes are at the core of this signature client experience.
