Summary of Weekly Real Estate Transactions for the Week Ending 24 June 2021

Dubai, UAE - June 24, 2021:  The real estate and properties transactions valued at 7.7 billion in total during the week ending 24 June 2021. The sum of transactions was 1,982.

98 plots were sold for AED 685.29 million, 1,336 apartments and villas were sold for AED 2.59 billion.

The top three transactions were a land in Al Manara sold for AED 47.5 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 42 million in Al Manara, and a land sold for AED 47.5 million in Al Manara in third place.

Al Hebiah Third recorded the most transactions for this week by 16 sales transactions worth AED 45.14 million, followed by Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 13 sales transactions worth AED 126.03 million, and Nad Al Shiba First with 12 sales transactions worth AED 32 million in third place.

The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment was sold for AED 342 million in Marsa Dubai, a villa was second in the list sold for AED 331 million in Dubai Investment Park First, and thirdly it was an apartment sold for AED 178 million in Palm Jumeirah.

The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was 4 billion, with the highest being a land in Business Bay, mortgaged for AED 1 billion.

73 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth AED 113 million.
