United Arab Emirates, October 08, 2020: The real estate and properties transactions valued at AED 4.7 billion in total during the week ending 08 October 2020. The sum of transactions was 1,268.
64 plots were sold for AED 420.45 million, 733 apartments and villas were sold for AED 1.31 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Um Hurair Second sold for AED 88.8 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 55.3 million in Saih Shuaib 4, and a land sold for AED 88.8 million in Um Hurair Second in third place.
Nad Al Shiba Third recorded the most transactions for this week by 20 sales transactions worth AED 49.91 million, followed by Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 11 sales transactions worth AED 61.1 million, and Al Hebiah Fourth with 4 sales transactions worth AED 9 million in third place.
The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment was sold for AED 168 million in Burj Khalifa, an apartment was second in the list sold for AED 107 million in Marsa Dubai, and thirdly it was a sold for AED 73 million in Al Thanayah Fourth.
The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was 3 billion, with the highest being a land in Business Bay, mortgaged for AED 1 billion.
93 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth AED 431 million.
