Dubai Shopping Malls Group to Give Away AED1 Million Worth of Prizes in Digital Raffle During Dubai Summer Surprises 2020

• 1 season, 3 promotions; Eid Al Adha and Back to School to be part of DSS
• 70 lucky shoppers to win cash totaling AED300,000 and six people to win the grand prize of a brand-new INFINITI Q50 car
Dubai; 09 July 2020: Dubai Shopping Malls Group (DSMG), with the support of Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), has unveiled its citywide shopping promotion for Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) 2020.
With an all new contactless mechanism for a digital raffle draw and high safety measures for residents of Dubai, the popular seven-week summer promotion ‘Shop & Win’ will offer big surprises worth AED1 million.
From 9 July to 29 August, a total of 70 lucky winners will get the chance to win cash prizes totaling AED300,000 or six INFINITI Q50 cars when they enter the digital raffle draw by spending AED200 at any of the participating malls.
Along with great deals across the malls, ‘DSS Shop & Win’ features 1 season and 3 promotions by including the Eid Al Adha and Back to School shopping campaigns. Eid Al Adha will take place from 19 July until the five days of Eid, where 50 winners stand a chance to win cash prizes totaling AED200,000. While the Back to School promotion will run from 9 August to 29 August with 20 lucky winners winning a total of AED100,000.
DSS raffle draws for six INFINITI Q50 cars will take place on 18 and 25 July and 8, 15, 22 and 29 August. While the Eid Al Adha draw will take place on Eid days and the Back to School draw will be held in conjunction with the DSS draw dates.
DSS 2020 has seen an overwhelming response from the retail sector, with prominent malls on board as partners.

With an aim to further encourage people to head out and experience Dubai’s famous shopping, participating malls have implemented comprehensive health and safety measures to build on shopper confidence.

Malls participating in the Dubai Shopping Malls Group promotion this season include Al Barsha Mall, Al Bustan Centre, Al Ghurair Centre, Arabian Centre, Bin Sougat Centre, Burjuman, City Centre Al Shindagha, City Centre Me’aisem, Dubai Outlet Mall, Etihad Mall, Oasis Mall, Times Square Center, Reef Mall and Uptown Mirdif.
To take part in the digital raffle draw, every shopper can register at the designated customer service desk within the mall and enter their details along with their receipt nos.
