EFG International appoints Ranjit Khanna as CEO of its Dubai Advisory Office

EFG International AG is today announcing the appointment of Ranjit Khanna as Chief Executive Officer of its Dubai Advisory Office, effective 26 August 2026.

In his new role, Ranjit Khanna will lead the continued development and growth of EFG's Dubai Advisory Office, further strengthening the firm's presence in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and the United Arab Emirates. Under the strategic leadership of Soha Nashaat, Executive Chairwoman of EFG International Middle East, Ranjit will lead the Dubai Advisory Office in delivering EFG's growth ambitions for the UAE while supporting the execution of the Group's broader Middle East strategy. His appointment is effective 26 August 2026 and he will report to Patrick Ramsey, Head of Continental Europe and Middle East.

Prior to joining EFG, Ranjit Khanna served as DIFC Chief Executive at Bank of Singapore, where he also led the private banking business serving clients across the Middle East, Europe and Global South Asia. He brings more than three decades of international private banking experience, including senior leadership roles at Swiss and international financial institutions across Asia and the Middle East. A Singaporean national, Ranjit Khanna began his banking career in New York.
