• Cloud solutions and powerful business notebooks drive maximum efficiency and productivity
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, March 29, 2020: Increasing mobility characterises today's working world, and never more so than at the present time. Progressive digitalisation and technological innovations make it possible to work independently of time and place, and companies are actively encouraged to allow their employees to work from home wherever possible. Employers are faced with the challenge of creating the right conditions for a mobile workforce and implementing these successfully and swiftly.
“At dynabook we are committed to offering companies of all sizes the optimal basis for a smooth implementation of home office options with high-quality, integrated software and hardware solutions, ensuring complete flexibility, security, and productivity outside of a fully-equipped office workplace” commented Damian Jaume, President, Dynabook Europe GmbH.
Ready for immediate use: Mobile Zero Client
With the dynabook Mobile Zero Client (DMZC), hardware for mobile employees in the home office can be provided quickly and easily thanks to the plug-and-play principle. After a simple initial start-up, Mobile Zero Clients are immediately ready for use without need for further personalised setup. All company data is located in the Cloud, which is accessed via a virtual desktop infrastructure, which allows employees to use any zero-client notebook used by the company without user-specific onboarding. No user-specific information is required or stored on the device until the user logs on in the virtual environment provided by the employer. After that the user has access to his or her familiar desktop environment.
Mobile Zero Client offers high security and easy administration
With the Mobile Zero Client, dynabook not only provides the necessary equipment for work in the home office within the shortest possible time, but also guarantees the highest level of security. The integration of the mobile devices into the company network is carried out in compliance with the necessary security regulations, suitable even for companies with particularly high compliance and security guidelines.
Since the devices have neither local storage nor USB ports, hackers cannot install malware. Advanced boot control authentication also allows IT administrators to disable lost or stolen devices immediately.
Management is also simple and straightforward: software updates are centrally performed and activated for the Mobile Zero Clients. Individual access rights for individual employees are also distributed centrally.
Alternative in the home office: Powerful business notebooks
An alternative to dynabook’s cloud solution is the use of high-quality, fully equipped business notebooks in the home office or for mobile use. With a wide range of security features and powerful, high-quality equipment including the latest Intel® Core™ processors, dynabook's compact and lightweight notebooks are especially suited for mobile business users. Thanks to a wide range of connection options, setting up a temporary workplace at home is also easy.
