Parmigiani Fleurier Presents the Stylish Tondagraph Slate

Parmigiani Fleurier is proud to present the new Tondagraph Tourbillon. This new watch features a dial which forms part of the new line of timepieces from the manufacture; it perfectly marries modern stylistic design with traditional watchmaking. The dial has been designed with the utmost care and attention to showcase the tourbillon and the chronograph. Naturally, this watch features the aesthetic codes of the Tonda collection – an ode to roundness – as well as the teardrop-shaped lugs which are characteristic of the brand. A hymn to Haute Horlogerie and a celebration of state-of-the-art expertise.

This exquisite rose gold timepiece, measuring 43 mm in diameter, features a magnificent slate-colour guilloché dial. An opening at 6 o'clock showcases the ultra-sophisticated tourbillon, while a counter at 3 o'clock displays the minutes of the chronograph. The small seconds takes its place on the counter at 9 o'clock, while the power reserve is displayed at 12 o'clock. The appliques and the skeletonised delta-shaped hour and minute hands elegantly pick up the colour of the case, crown and push-pieces. Powered by the PF354 manually-wound mechanical calibre, this watch offers a power reserve of 65 hours. As is always the case with Parmigiani, the decoration of the movement took a great deal of work. The various finishes can be admired through the sapphire crystal at the back of the timepiece. Paired with a Hermès Havana alligator strap with rose gold pin buckle, this watch is water-resistant to 10 metres.

The PF354 movement, produced entirely in-house, contains no fewer than 295 components and has a power reserve of 72 hours. Its value can be appreciated in the minute details of its decoration, and reflects the degree of excellence upheld by the Parmigiani Fleurier watchmaking centre. The bevelling of the tourbillon bridge and the circular graining on the barrel are both visible. Each calibre bears the inimitable hallmark of originality conferred by the craftsman's hand.
