Dalma Mall Honoured With Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award in Its Silver Category

Abu Dhabi - March 02, 2020: Dalma Mall, one of Abu Dhabi’s iconic shopping destination, has been once again bestowed with the prestigious Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award – 2020 (SKEA) for demonstrating continuous contribution to its community and steady performance as a shopping center in Abu Dhabi.
The recognition is an outcome of Dalma Mall’s strategic implementation to achieve maximum level of operational excellence and to sustain its industry leadership.
Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award (SKEA) was launched by the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 1999 to provide a roadmap and a methodology for continuous improvement and enhanced competitiveness among local and national businesses. Criteria for selection is based on Results Orientation, Customer Focus, People Development and Involvement, Continuous Learning, Innovation and Improvement, Partnership Development and Public Responsibility among others.
