The 5th season of Baby Race will run on two weekends from March 5th – 7th and March 12th- 14th
Al Ain, 24th February 2020: Bawadi Mall’s Baby Race is back once again for its 5th season this 2020. This year will surely be a lot more fun as the mall anticipates more parents to let their babies join the race.
The event, which will take place for two weekends from March 5th -7th and March 12th – 14th, will run from 5:00 until 8:00 PM at Bawadi Mall main atrium. Open to babies from 6 months to 16 months old, the event, billed as the slowest, yet cutest race, will see little crawlers organized to race in rows, vie for the champ title and grand prize. The race stretches over a 6-meter distance, with 10 babies racing at the same time in each round, with 4 rounds every day. The winners from each round will compete against each other on the final round daily.
“We are thrilled to host the 5th edition of the Baby Race. These races are the cutest in their purest form. Babies don’t know what they’re doing! Any moment could be a plot twist. While it’s fun to watch the baby’s race, it’s even exciting to see the enthusiasm the parents showcase. The past editions have been massive success, and we are confident that the new season is only going to be bigger and better,” said Bassam Saleh, Director of Marketing for Bawadi Mall.
Bawadi received more than 600 registrations for the competition, and a total of 240 babies participated in the race last year, and the mall anticipates maintaining the same momentum in 2020 too. Other than the main race event to show off the fastest crawling infants and the most awaited awarding of the winners, Bawadi Mall has also outlined other fun activities to enjoy such as play area and fun games competition for its visitors.
