Dubai, United Arab Emirates - 07 July 2019: There’s a whole world of beauty awaiting you at the newly rebranded Faces stores in Mall of the Emirates and Riyadh Park. Faces brings to the region an entirely new customer centric concept with a multitude of unique and innovative brands, that you can experience through a sensational new journey, created exclusively for the region’s beauty aficionados.
Embodying a consumer mindset, Faces has designed an exclusive new way to interact and learn about products with their exceptional digitized discovery zone. The Test Bar, powered by RFID technology is designed not to replace human interactions, but to allow customers to discover dedicated products, their ingredients and benefits, as they would online but with an added sensory experience to ignite your sense of smell and touch.
Feeling Curious? Want to try a new palette or shade? Then the Magic Mirror is your answer. This automated advisor features an augmented reality technique that gives you a sneak peek into a whole new look. Imagine being able to try on 10 curated looks at the click of a button, in less than 2 minutes, without worrying about the process of application.
The dynamic experience from in-store to online continues with an interactive Gift Wizard, enhanced by easy to use mobile mechanics. It does the hard work for you, helping you to find the perfect gift for any occasion. The experience is finished off with the color customization of your gift box and wrapping paper.
The store will offer devoted service spaces to ensure that a very personal customer approach is experienced at every step. From make-up to skincare consultations, as well as personalized product engraving. A pampering space will also be available for nail and hair care.
At the heart of both stores, we invite you to immerse yourself with Faces’ new fragrance rotunda featuring a dedicated profiler in partnership with ‘Fragrances of the World’. It is intended to match customers to their desired perfume using unique algorithms and product tagging, based on customer’s emotions and behavior.
A wide selection of niche brands is also available for fragrance connoisseurs.
Focusing on originality, trends and exceptional beauty buys, Faces tripled their new brand offerings in the last two years. Notable additions include Ofra, K7l, Viseart for a little more shimmer and Ameera London, This Works, Just Gentle join the skincare supplements range.
Beauty Nation is the newest concept available within both outlets. It is the ultimate bespoke destination in the region to offer a discovery experience, by being the first to bring internationally trending brands, that are hand-picked for their unique and avant-garde offerings.
Faces will be rolling out this exciting new concept across new countries and branches moving forward.
Over 300 of the region’s favourite beauty and fashion media, bloggers and VIP’s, joined Patrick Chalhoub on the 12th June for the opening, and were the first to get their hands on the newest styles.
“The role and vision of beauty is changing and we want to make sure that as a leading beauty destination in the region, we foster that change and we adapt to the new consumer of the GCC who is looking for unique, authentic, bespoke experiences with personalized approach.
