Al-Futtaim announces 22,000 sqm expansion to Cairo Festival City Mall

Dubai, UAE, 09 May: The Malls division of Al-Futtaim has announced the launch of a new 22,143 sqm expansion to Cairo Festival City Mall strengthening its position as the leading Malls and retail experience developer with its strong portfolio of Festival City Malls in the MENA region.
The new area, called ‘Festival Avenue’, will bring a further 100 shops, including 60 retail stores which will offer numerous international and first to market brands, 20 new food and beverage outlets and two brand new entertainment concepts, providing an unparalleled shopping and lifestyle experience to New Cairo.
Festival Avenue will introduce several new luxury brands to truly elevate shoppers’ experience offering a range of products from watches, jewellery and men’s and women’s fashion. New much sought-after brands arriving as part of the expansion include big names such as Mont Blanc, OMEGA, Bvlgari, Zzegna, Versace CJ, EA Junior, Love Moschino, Le Collezione, Burberry, Salvatore Ferragamo, Cole Haan, Roberto Cavalli Sport, Red Valentino and Hackett. For several of these brands, including Zzegna, Cole Haan, Red Valentino and Roberto Cavalli Sport, Cairo Festival City Mall will be bringing them to the Egypt market for the first time.
