Now rollover unused data and minutes with the all-new ‘WaselGo' prepaid line

Abu Dhabi, 24 April 2019:   For the first time in the UAE, Etisalat prepaid customers can now rollover data and minutes and enjoy the benefit of any unused allowance. New ‘WaselGo’ will offer a selection of four value-packed weekly plans starting from just AED 10 .50 , including multiple ‘market first’ features such as ‘rollover’ of data and flexi minutes, and up to three favourite numbers to make almost endless calls to loved ones (500 minutes per number). 

With the rollover feature, customers will not lose anything they pay for as their unused data and minutes will be added to their new allowances upon renewal, re-subscription, or moving between plans.

Customers who sign up for ‘WaselGo’ will be able to choose from four variants – ‘small’, ‘medium’, ‘large’ and ‘extra large’ weekly plans - based on their need for data and minutes. Prepaid users will be able to subscribe to the packs after migrating to the new ‘WaselGo’ prepaid line by dialling *101*15#.

Other benefits include flexibility and digital account management. Customers can move between the four weekly plans, and the rollover of unused allowances will apply even when changing plans. ‘WaselGo’ will also have end-to-end account management features on the mobile app and USSD *101# in an intuitive user interface.
