Al Ghurair Centre Unveils the Initial Phase of the New Generation Reel Cinema Experience

A brand-new movie megaplex is opening with 8 screens offering A-grade movie experiences
 

Dubai, United Arab Emirates – 22 April 2019:  Al Ghurair Centre, the region’s first shopping destination and one of Dubai’s longstanding flagship icons, announces the completion of Reel Cinemas megaplex much-awaited phase one. This state-of-the-art cinema follows Reel Cinemas’ latest strategy of digitization with a focus on reshaping 'moviegoing' as a distinctive 'lifestyle experience’.

The first phase of the cinema experience will boast eight new screens that are underpinned by advance technology, displaying a vast genre of films including Hollywood blockbusters and the latest Bollywood and regional titles offering a diverse showcase.

Located within a dedicated wing that is set across two floors, the new cinema’s F&B facilities offers movie essentials such as popcorn, nachos, hotdogs, candies, soft drinks, candy floss amongst others.

Spread across 75,000 sq ft, the remaining 10-screens are set to launch later this year. With the completion of all the phases, the new complex will feature a total of 1,800 seats across 18 screens.

It will host several innovative firsts for Deira: The Platinum Suites that offer superlative standards of in-cinema luxury including personalised butler services; stunning viewing with Dolby Cinema and Reel Juniour. With Barco Laser Projectors and Dolby Atmos, viewers are assured of exceptional experiences.
