Dubai, UAE – 23, September, 2026: This October, Tashkeel invites Dubai's creative community to explore new perspectives, strengthen their creative practice and engage with a varied programme of workshops, tours and hands-on learning. The month's programme brings together an artist-led tour and discussion around Precarious Beings, an evening photography walkthrough through Old Dubai, a personal branding masterclass, and a three-part series examining corporate art collections, strategy and cultural value.
Designed for artists, designers, photographers and creative professionals, the October programme offers opportunities to develop practical skills, reflect on artistic practice and engage with wider conversations around identity, place, visual storytelling and the role of art within organisations.

Precarious Beings | Artist-led Tour and In Conversation Discussion

An artist-led tour and conversation around Precarious Beings, exploring how overlooked objects, everyday behaviours and urban interventions shape our experience of place. The discussion considers observation, placemaking and the use of photography, drawing and sculpture within artistic practice
Old Dubai | Evening Photo Walkthrough
4 October 2026 | 6.00–8.00pm
Location: Old Dubai | Instructor/Mentor: Hamad Al Muzaini | Open to the public
An evening photography walkthrough encouraging participants to slow down and observe Old Dubai through their own lens. Guided prompts and observational exercises explore everyday encounters, overlooked details and different ways of interpreting the city.
Form As You Are – A Personal Branding Masterclass
24 & 25 October 2026 | 11.00am–2.00pm
Location: Tashkeel Nad Al Sheba | Instructor/Mentor: Nouran Fawzy | Fee: AED 1,500 (+VAT)
A two-session masterclass exploring identity, intuition, colour and visual expression to help participants define and strengthen their personal brand. Through reflection and practical exercises, participants develop a cohesive visual language and learn to communicate their creative vision more clearly.
Corporate Art Collections – Art, Strategy & Cultural Value Series
31 October; 7 & 14 November 2026 | 5.00–7.00pm
Location: Tashkeel Nad Al Sheba | Instructor/Mentor: Ahmed Al Enezi | Fee: AED 600 (+VAT)
A three-session series examining how corporate and institutional art collections are conceived, curated and activated. Through case studies, discussion and practical exercises, participants explore artist selection, commissions, acquisitions, collection strategy and the cultural value art can create within organisations.
