Attracting a fresh wave of new investors with exceptional property financing and mortgage deals
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 10th April 2018: The International Property Show (IPS), which is currently taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre and will run until 11th April, is offering exclusive bank offers via its Mega Property Sale, which features the Dubai Property Festival (DPF) launched by Dubai Land Department (DLD) — the Main Partner to the event — in collaboration with Founding Partners Emaar, IPS and the Real Estate Investment Management and Promotion Center.
During the event, which is the Middle East’s biggest property sales platform for local, regional and international real estate markets, banks are offering investors and buyers exclusive deals including profit rates with margins starting from 1.85% and a 3 month EIBOR, 0% Ejari down payment fees for customers applying for home finance during the festival, and a discounted AED 2,000 (plus 5% VAT) evaluation fee.
Other top offers include fixed interest rates starting from 3.25% for up to two years, grace periods of up to 90 days, zero principal approval and valuation fees, fixed rate options for up to five years, residual finance options for salaried individuals, and on-spot approvals.
Her Excellency Majida Ali Rashid, Assistant Director General and Head of the Real Estate Investment Management and Promotion Center — the investment arm of DLD, commented: “These events have been designed to attract a fresh wave of investors to Dubai to give the Emirate’s real estate market a significant sales boost, and we would like to thanks the banks for supporting us fully in this mission by providing such a comprehensive series of exclusive offers for investors and buyers.
During the event, attendees can find excellent value ways to finance and mortgage their properties, and we are confident that this will significantly increase their interest in investing in Dubai’s attractive real estate market.”
Dawood Al Shezawi, Head of the DPF Organising Committee, added: “IPS and DPF are the region’s only transactional property platforms that allow real-time sales of international and local properties to take place on site, and the bank offers have been designed to enable attendees to take full advantage of this unique opportunity.
Whether they are hunting for a new home or a promising investment, customers can find the property of their dreams with the added bonus of market-leading prices and one-of-a-kind offers during IPS and DPF, creating significant added value for buyers and developers alike.”
DPF is the first real estate festival of its kind to showcase market-leading offers from UAE, regional and international developers in addition to banks, real estate agents and property auction houses, providing investors with a one-stop shop where they can find complete packages of bargain deals.
Buyers will also benefit from free legal consultancy, three-day local distress deals through live auctions, a Brokers’ Village, an Investor Lounge, the Investment Destinations Forum, a property auction, workshops and training sessions, and investor roundtables with some of the region’s leading real estate experts.
IPS 2018 also serves to connect the global real estate community, allowing attendees and exhibitors to meet with investors, network and engage with industry peers, establish new partnerships, and explore regional and international customer needs and demands.
Other highlights of the new show include a special onsite B2B lounge, B2C meetings, real estate conferences and workshops, and four co-located events: the Annual Investment Meeting, AIM Startup, the Future Cities Show, and the Dubai International Government Achievements Exhibition.
Strategic partners for IPS and DPF 2018 include Dubai Police, Dubai Department of Economic Development, Azizi Developments, Danube Properties, Diamond Developers, MAG Lifestyle Development, with other partners including ADIB, Emirates Auction, Tamleek, Emirates Airlines, Home R Us, and The Publicity Network as Key Communication Sponsor.
