Global Village Guests and Exhibitors Participate in “Thank you Mohammed bin Zayed” Campaign

Dubai, United Arab Emirates - January 6, 2018:   Global Village, the region’s largest and first-ever multi-cultural festival park, has participated in the UAE national campaign to thank His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces. The campaign was launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, with the slogan “Thank You, Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed”. With its celebrations, Global Village aims to thank the eminent leader Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, who has devoted his time and effort to serving the country with sincerity and supports his future vision, planning and organisation.

To commemorate the celebration, Global Village is decorated with the slogan #Thank_You_Shaikh_Mohammad_Bin_Zayed. Flags of the campaign are installed at the entrance to the park and throughout its avenues and decorate its Main Cultural Stage. Front line staff welcomed guests wearing their campaign shirts as an expression of their love and gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed. A group of employees and guests from various nationalities recorded messages expressing their thanks addressed to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed.

Global Village has been continuously playing a selection of UAE national songs on its internal broadcasting system during the celebrations to infuse the spirit of this special celebration into the hearts of its visitors that include UAE nationals and residents.

Global Village continues to offer unique shopping experiences, unique cultural performances, entertainment events and surprises every day until 7th April 2018. It is open every day from 4 pm to 12 am from Saturday to Wednesday and from 4 pm to 1 pm on Thursdays, Fridays and public holidays. On Mondays, it is dedicated to families and women only. During Dubai Shopping Festival, Global Village will open its gates welcoming guests from 2pm every Friday to 26th January 2018
